There is no credit check, everyone qualifies for our easy 0% interest financing.

In addition to the price of land, there is also a processing fee of $99.00* per land contract.  If you purchase several lots in the same County, they can all be on one land contract, therefore, only one processing fee. If you are purchasing several lots in different counties, there is a processing fee of $99.00 per county.

We accept the following payments:

• E-Checks and credit cards through Paypal. If not using our Web site automated check-out system, you may send payment Paypal payment to: Happyscribbles@cox.net. 
• Bank wire transfers and payments from your on-line banking institution.  
• Personal checks (please allow 10 days for checks to clear), money orders and cashier checks.  Please make payment payable as below and send to:

Please include with your payment parcel's legal description, as well as your vesting information for deed to expedite transaction.    

 

 

 

 

 *If you have submitted your initial processing fee and you have changed your mind on your purchase, please contact us within 72 hours of sending payment to receive a full refund if your paperwork has not been processed.  After 72 hours, the initial processing fee is non-refundable, whether we processed the paperwork or not.  If you should later change your mind after the 72 hour period and you do not complete the transaction, the initial processing fee is held for liquidated damages, as we had reserved the land for you and we did not sell it to anyone else, therefore, incurring loss.
